[ クラスの流れについて ]
クラスは9時から19時の予定となります。各生徒様の作成時間にもよりますが、時間が多少延長、または少し早めに終わることもありますので、お時間に余裕を持っていらしてください。早めにお帰りになられたい方は当日、前もってご連絡ください。（仕上げなどヘルプいたします。また、リラックスできる服装がベストです。クラス中は、衣服が汚れることはありませんが、エプロン持参でも大丈夫です。)
ランチ時間は当日の進行状況により30分取る予定です。長時間のクラスですので、いつでも休憩していただいて大丈夫です。
クラスは日本語中心のクラスとなりますが、生徒様の中に英語を使われる方、外国語を使われる方が参加されることがありますので、時折英語で個別説明するときがあるかもしれませんが、どうぞご了承ください。
クラス終了後、サティフィケート（クラス受講証明書）をお渡しいたしいます。
[ ご持参するもの ]
-スリッパ（当日お借りする場所が土足可能かはわかりませんので、念のためご持参ください）
-暖かい服装（当日、窓を換気のため開けることもあります）
-コロナの禍を懸念して、ランチ、お飲み物は各自ご用意いただけるよう、よろしくお願いいたします。
（スナックや飲み物はある程度ご用意いたします。）
[ クラスの題材とクラス進行について ]
クラスの題材に掲載した写真はサンプルですので、当日の仕上げは少し異なるかもしれません。また、まったく同じに仕上げる必要はありませんので、色合いを変更したり、髪型やモデルの仕草をお好きなように変更できます。
時折、私が生徒様の作品のヘルプとして、手にとって少し直すこともありますのでご了承ください。できるだけ皆様が同じペースで時間進行できるように努めたいと思っています。
当日、中心に集まっていただいて、デモンストレーションを見ていただきます。そのあと各自作業に入ってもらい、皆様の作業を確認して個別でアドバイスしたりします。また再度デモンストレーションで集まっていただき、という具合で進行します。
[ 写真とビデオ撮影について ]
デモンストレーション時に写真撮影は構いませんが、作業を止めると時間が長引きます。作業は止めませんが、クラスの資料に写真でのステップを掲載してありますので、デモンストレーションの時は集中して見ていただくようお願いいたします。(写真を近くで撮ると他の方が見るのを妨げることもありますのでご注意ください)
ビデオ撮影は可能ですが、実際のデモに集中できにくく見逃しやすいので、ご注意ください。特にデモのテクニック、作成手順、資料中身など、写真やビデオのソーシャルメディア掲載、シェアはご遠慮ください。それ意外で出来上がったもの、様子などの掲載は大丈夫です。当日クラス風景の撮影、集合写真を撮影したりしますが、ソーシャルメディアでの掲載不可という方はご連絡ください。
[ クラス終了後のお願い ]
習った技術は趣味の範囲でお楽しみ下さい。個人、組織で全く同じことを教えたり、資料のシェアはご遠慮ください。
[ 材料、道具、作品のお持ち帰りについて ]
クラスに使う道具は全て貸し出しです。材料もこちらで準備いたします。
作品を入れる箱などもこちらで用意いたします。
[ 予約とお支払いについて ]
メールで仮予約をしていただきます。ご希望の日時をお伺いします。
入金確認させていただいた時点で予約完了となります。（入金完了されましたらご連絡をお願いします。）
お支払いは一括でお願いします。振込み手数料は生徒様のご負担願っております。
ご希望で２−３分割払い希望の方はご連絡ください。入金が確認されましたら、こちらからメールでご連絡いたします。
領収書のお必要な方はあらかじめご連絡ください。
[ キャンセル料について ]
クラス開催前、12月15日から12月25日まで50％のキャンセル料を申し受けております。
クラス開催前、12月26日から当日１月７、８、９日、及び受講開始後は100％のキャンセル料を申し受けております。
止むを得ずキャンセルされる場合、代わりの方を探していただけましたらありがたいです。ウエイティングリストでお待ちになられる生徒様に移行できる可能性もありますので、あらためてご連絡ください。
できる限りキャンセルのないようご理解お願いいたします。
こちら側の都合により中止になった場合は全額返金いたします。
[ コロナ予防と感染について ]
感染防止や体調管理などについては、思いやりをもってみなさまのご理解とご協力を何卒お願いいたします。
クラス中はマスクは基本的に着用をお願いします。臨機応変に暑ければ外したり各自の判断でしてください。
（手洗い、アルコール消毒は各自でお願い致します。）
日本でのコロナの状況、感染対策やルールが変わることがありますので、それに応じてクラスでの対策を変えるかもしれませんのでご理解よろしくお願いいたします。
突然のコロナ感染で止むを得ずキャンセルされる場合は、早急にご連絡ください。
（クラス開催前の14日以内に新型コロナウイルスの陽性判定を受けた方、濃厚接触が認められる方はご参加をお控えください。代わりにクラスを受講できる方をできるだけお探しお願いいたします）
当日、体調がすぐれない、咳やくしゃみ・咽頭痛、全身倦怠感などの風邪症状があった場合は受講をお控えください。
クラスにこられた時に、そのような症状が見かけられた場合には参加をお断りすることもありますので、予めご了承ください。決して無理をしないよう、よろしくお願いいたします。
[ 事故や体調管理、トラブルについて ]
クラス参加に関して、万が一の事故や、体調管理、トラブルについては、一切の責任は負えませんので、ご承諾の上ご参加下さい。

5)通り沿い右側の電柱に【FINEDAY】の看板（水色）がございます。

1)A3a出口を出て、右方向、日本赤十字社方面に直進。
2)愛宕警察署前の交差点を直進、左側（道路反対側）にWeWork、右側に日本赤十字社を過ぎて、次のT字路（ガラス張りのビルと石の外壁のビルの間の道）を右折。
3)通り沿い左側の電柱に【FINEDAY】の看板（水色）がございます。
4)専用階段の2FがFINEDAY浜松町です。
◆JR線 浜松町 駅から（徒歩10分）
1)北出口を出て、大門の交差点まで直進し、交差点を渡る。
2)大門の交差点をファミリーマート側に渡り、左方向、りそな銀行方面に直進。
3)セブンイレブン(りそな銀行)と更科そばの間の通りを右折し、直進。

[ 連絡方法について]
日本に着きましたら携帯を持ちますが、日本は、2022年12月30日（金曜）に東京に着く予定です。
クラス前の2023年１月６日（金曜）は準備のため東京に滞在予定です。

[ General Information about the class ]
Each class day is scheduled from 9:00 to 19:00. It’s possible the class may go a bit later, so please
allow for this possibility in your schedule. If you know that you need to leave the class early, please
contact us in advance in order to accommodate this.
I will help you with finishing your figure, etc.
It’s best to wear comfortable clothing to the class. Your clothes won't get dirty during class, but if you like, you can bring an apron.
There will be a 30 minute Lunch Break at approximately 12:30-ish - Please bring your own lunch.
The class day is very long, so please take a break at anytime.
The class is mainly in Japanese. Non-Japanese speakers are Welcome - there will be occasional individual explanations in English.
Upon completion of the class, you will be provided with a mimicafe Union Certificate of participation .
[ What to bring ]
- Slippers ( I am unsure if the facility will provide slippers, so please bring them just in case )
-Warm clothes ( per the windows may need to be opened for ventilation )
-Per concerns about Covid, please bring your own lunch and drinks. Much Appreciated!
(Some Snacks and drinks will be prepared to some extent.)
[About the subject matter of the class and the progress of the class]
The photos posted of the subjects of the classes are samples, so the finished figure of the class day may be a little different.
Also, your ideas for variations are welcome; you don't need to finish the figure exactly the same as the sample photo, you can change the colors or change the hairstyle or the figure’s gestures as you like.
Please note that from time to time, I may help you fix your figure with a little assistance as I want to try to make sure that everyone can progress at the same pace as much as possible through the class day.
At the class, many times we will gather at the center table while I demonstrate various steps. You will then return to
your table space to work on your figure while I check your progress and provide you with individual guidance.
[About taking photos and videos]
You can take pictures during the demonstrations, but it would be best to concentrate with your eyes and your mind on the demonstration rather than
taking photos. Plus, there are Step-by-Step Photos provided to you in the class instruction materials, this way
you can best focus on the demo. Also: taking pictures during the demonstrations may block other class members from seeing the demo.
Video shooting is possible, but again please note that I would really prefer that you NOT take video and just concentrate on the demonstration so that you can work efficiently on your figure.
Special Note: PLEASE DO NOT POST OR SHARE photos and/or videos of class demonstration techniques, creation procedures, and class materials on social media. Once your figure is completed, that’s a Great Opportunity to post photos of your beautiful figure online, etc. In fact, pictures of the class will be posted online ( if you do not want yourself posted on social media, please let us know. )
[ Special Request at conclusion of the class ]
Please enjoy and practice the skills you have learned within the scope of your hobbies. Please refrain from teaching the exact same techniques to other individuals or group organizations. Please refrain from sharing class materials.
[ About the Tools, Material and Take-Out Box ]
All the tools used in the class are on loan for the day to the students and must not be removed from the class facility.
All material for your figure will be pre-readied for your work.
We will also prepare a box for you to take your figure home in.
[ About Reservation and Payment ]
You can make a tentative reservation by e-mail. Please indicate the date and time you would like.
The reservation will be completed once payment has been made and confirmed. ( Please contact us when the payment has been submitted.)
Payment can be made in FULL or made in 2 to 3 installment payments.
If you would like to pay in 2 to 3 installments, please contact us. When the payment is confirmed, we will contact you by e-mail.
(Please Note: all monetary transfer fees will be borne by the student.)
If you require a receipt, please contact us in advance.
[ About the Cancellation Fee ]
When registering for a class, please be sure that you will be able to attend and thus avoid the cancellation process.
If you absolutely must cancel, here are the associated fees:
A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel between December 15 to December 25.
A 100% cancellation fee will be charged if you cancel between December 26 to January 9.
If you have no choice but to cancel, I would appreciate it if you could look among your acquaintances for a replacement.
Waiting Lists will be also in effect if the classes are fully booked.
If there is a cancellation of class due to circumstances on our side, we will give you a full refund.
[About Covid prevention and infection]
Regarding infection prevention and physical condition management, we kindly ask for your understanding and cooperation.
Basically, please wear a mask during the class. If it is hot, on a case-by-case basis, please take it off or at your own discretion.
(Please wash your hands and disinfect with alcohol.)
The situation of corona in Japan, infection control measures and rules may change, so we may change the measures in the class accordingly, thank you for your understanding.
If you have no choice but to cancel due to sudden Covid infection, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you have tested positive for the new coronavirus within 14 days before the class, or if you have been in close contact, please refrain from participating. Please look among your acquaintances for a replacement.
If you are not feeling well on the day of the class ( cold symptoms such as coughing, sneezing, sore throat, or general malaise, please refrain from taking the course.)
Please note that if we see such symptoms when you come to the class, we may need to ask you to not attend the class.
[ About accidents, physical condition management, and troubles ]
Regarding class participation: please be mindful when you attend the class as we are not responsible for any accidents, physical condition management, or troubles, so please accept your personal responsibility.
